A Simple Approach to Safety

Creating and Maintaining a Safe Environment is Our Number One Priority

What to expect at Simplicity Salon:

  • Stylists’ stations will remain 6 ft apart
  • Your chair is your chair, please stay seated for the duration of your
    service as that space was sanitized and cleaned just for you.
  • All working areas will be disinfected after each use, this includes:
    stylists’ stations, chairs, all hard surfaces, shampoo bowls, tools,
    handles, and doorknobs.
  • New capes for each guest
  • Restrooms sanitized after each use
  • Hand washing from staff
  • Antibacterial soap at all sinks, along with hand sanitizer at each station
  • Stylist will have a temperature check before the start of their day
  • Stylist will wear a mask and gloves for each service
  • Checkout system will be organized for one guest at a time to avoid
    crowds at the reception desk
  • Waiting area is closed

Guest Guidelines:

  • Check in via text, phone number will be listed at the front door,
    please wait in your vehicle, while reading and signing our consent
    form.
  • Come to your appointment with clean dried hair
  • No work clothes or scrubs
  • Please wear a mask or face covering for the entire session.
    Simplicity will provide an unused mask for guests that do not have
    one (extra charge)
  • Guest will be checked with a no-touch thermometer upon arrival,
    anyone with a temperature over 100.3 will not be allowed to enter
    and appointment will be re-scheduled after 14 days.
  • Hand washing or sanitizing before being seated
  • No extra guest during services, leave children and others at home
Refunds/Adjustments
We do not offer refunds of any kind. Dissatisfaction in service must be expressed within two weeks or less of your hair appointment. We will be happy to make adjustment during that time. 

Cancellations 

Simplicity Salon requires a credit card in order to reserve an appointment. In event that you would need to cancel or reschedule a reserved appointment we require a 48 hours notice. The reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. No show’s are included under this policy.

Etiquette

No kids please. We write this new policy with the utmost respect to the parents in our salon. 
Due to safety, considerations, and limited space children are not permitted in the salon. We kindly request only those receiving services be present. Please understand that our concern is the safety of your child.
